Dr. Reid, raised on a cattle farm in rural Nova Scotia, attended the University of New Brunswick and graduated with a degree in Biology in 2001. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Prince Edward Island- Atlantic Veterinary College in 2005.

Upon graduation, Dr. Reid relocated to Southern California where he practiced general and emergency medicine. In 2015, he moved to the Bay Area and has enjoyed practicing in San Francisco since then.
