Appointment Policy

We know things happen! If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 -hours in advance for consultations with one of our specialists. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our office immediately.

By kindly providing us with notice of your cancellation, we can accommodate other patients with your appointment slot.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Please bring your driver’s license for security purposes. Please note, payment is due in full before we can release your pet.

We accept 3rd party payment through Care Credit. For your convenience, you may apply directly at www.carecredit.com.

We also accept pet insurance. Please bring in your claim form with your visit and we will be happy to fill that out for you.
